Have you ever had your pictures stolen? Get them deleted!

If you have ever had your pictures stolen from any social media sites just file a DMCA takedown and the site is usually pretty good at removing those posts.  If you're not familiar with what a DMCA is, it stands for Digital Millennium Copyright Act. You can read about all the FAQS here.

I had 3 pictures of mine stolen on Instagram and they were removed within 30 minutes of me filing the copy right infringement. It took me about 5 minutes to fill everything out but it was a smooth process. Most big sites should have a DMCA takedown located in their contact or nottom of their site some where. In the event those sites do not have a DMCA takedown, send them an email and request removal. If you're seeking compensation, its too much to discuss here. Please contact a copyright infringement lawyer.
